Kelly

Kelly Clarkson is an American singer and songwriter who became the nation's sweetheart when she won the American Idol title in the first season of the show. Not only was she pushed into stardom by her win, but she also signed the contract for several albums in the company of RCA Records 19 Recordings & S Records. Since then she has released many studio albums, including three which reached the top of the US Billboard 200' chart, while her other albums barely fell short of the top spot. She is one of the top artists who come out of her participation in the American Idol series. She started to explore themes and music when her popularity was growing. The uniqueness of her voice and singing abilities earned her critical praise and a number of important award. She was awarded the Grammy Award is her most highly regarded recognition. Her music career is not her only occupation. Her appearances in television and film. She also wrote the children's book River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and is involved with various charitable organizations.
