Anna Paquin, a Canadian-New Zealander actor. Paquin, who was raised in Wellington but was born and bred in Winnipeg was first seen in the acting world on screen in The Piano. At age 11 years old, she became one of the youngest Academy Award winner ever for Best Actress. Anna Paquin full name Anna Helene Paquin was born on July 24 in 1982 Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. Canadian-born New Zealand actor who won the Academy Award as a youngster as Best Supporting Actress her role as the curious and sociable daughter of Holly Hunter's leading part The Piano. The Piano.
